hey there guys i have been trying to upgrade one of my bracs it is lvl 146 and it has failed 4 times with a 1star esse and des lvl 150 is there a bug or what someone help me out please
 
It's not "no reason". Crafting isn't guaranteed to work. Try with higher stars and/or lower fade, but don't expect it to work 100% no matter what you use, there's always a random element
