What drops these? I'm guessing theyre in TempleOfAncients 6F+ but which mobs should I be looking for?

The ranged mobs, can't remember their names now though, but run through 6th and Sin rooms and skim them off you'll get a few per visit

Correct, however as an extra tip, there's 2 different ranged mobs that both look the same and are called the same, but attack differently. The ones that shoot fire drop about 1/10, the ones that shoot lightning drop about 1/3
