Not 100% sure off the top of my head. But I think you got to go to lost lands and then bottom middle of the map there is an NPC that will accept the map parts and portal you to skull island
 
on the New weapon quest, what do I do with the shadow fire rune? It didn’t seem to go into any detail on what to do next?
