Is there any chance that the quest can still be done regardless of level or the necklace reward to be account bound instead of character bound so it can be done on an alt? As a new player I was unaware the quest have it as a reward so didn't bother with the quest. Now I'm too high level to do the quest and WT is refusing to gift me it.
