Skill issue

Hi all,

The past few weeks I've noticed that some skills aren't working the first time, I was hunting in orc's this morning with a friend and he said the same, it seems to take 3 attempts for frozen ground and frostbite to actually show up on the floor.

Has anyone else notice this?

Skills are sluggish and shinsu pet for a Tao is absolutely horrendous it’s reaction time to mobs makes a sloth look like Usain Bolt.
Of all things in game this serious requires sorted, you can get hit half a dozen times on aggressive or assist before it wakes out of its slumber.
