what is the meaning of those section scrolls in ant cave and if i colect them how i should putit togheder?

Gathering all eight sections (either M or F), a copy of an upgraded Angel Armour and a specific XL stone and giving them to the Jeweller in Heroes Town will award the player a class specific armour.

DC-Stone(XL) = WarAngel (Dark Blue)
MC-Stone(XL) = WizAngel (Red)
SC-Stone(XL) = TaoAngel (Green)

It's an old legacy quest from the early days of Project 69.

Also is this in regards to Heaven Armour, and not AngelRobe?

That's right yeah, it's the Angel Armour (Heaven Armour effectively), but not the base variant, it's the upgraded version that gets swapped out.
