I was wondering if there would be a possibility of removing the resting exp boost and replacing it with a permanent 100% exp boost?
All the chars level 140+ have 4.2billion resting exp therefore... they have permanent 100% added exp.
I feel like on my latest char there is no point in even playing until i have some rested exp boost. And i thought that as all the high levels constantly have it maxxed out anyway, why not just remove and make it perma. This way the lower levels dont have to wait for it to come back to use a exp pot..?
This wouldnt negatively affect anyone, just positively affect lower levels?
