Repulse / Energy Repulsor issue

Can this be reviewed to turn players that cast it against lower level/non guildie to turn their name to brown if used, there has been cases of it being exploited. For instance when challenging bosses there are these individuals that pops up and constantly repulsing players to boss/mobs with no consequences.

Warriors whirlwind does make the casters name brown. I think they all function the same, thanks.

Yes I agree. Brolly used this against me many times, it's very annoying
