Random spikes and freezes

Noticed today for whatever reason ive started getting frequent lagg spikes and freezes, at first i thought it was everyone/ the server but seems its just me... My ping is fine , my download/upload speeds are fine , my fps is fine. Anyone else having this shit ?

i just downloaded some more RAM lmao. Nah not done anything same as always, wired net and updated windows when i noticed the lagg, hasnt fixed it tho

5, have you updated all drivers etc? I still have issue of screen goes black for 0.5 a second every couple of mins or when map changes.
