Feature Request Project69 Summer Event (mini implementations request)

Would be lovely if you & your respected team to implement the seasonal events even a little can cheer us up to keep playing this outstanding server ( even 10% buffs is more than enough during the session ^_^ )

We're actually a small community who plays on daily basis and we are still gathering notes and resources thanks to @Guevaru for new comers to make it easier on them.

With the full understanding of your hard efforts and real life time consuming in the making great future contents.

That's all we're asking for, nothing crazy just simple buffs during this summer holiday

Hopefully when Scorpian has the time he can look more into Project69 but for now we just want a little buff like the previous Xmas event.

Id love to have another 300% drop rate event, maybe this time I can find one new skill book
