New spells explained

Hi guys is there a thread with all the newer spells available and what they do etc as abit of a dinosaur I think it would be very useful. Maybe add where each book can be obtained etc?

If you press F11 you can see the spells available for your class and a brief description of what they do by hovering over them.

The librarian "Owen" has a list of all drop locations, he can be found in mineral mine F4 (starting map) on the far left hand side
