Not noticed any issues here.

What is your ISP?

Do you get this issue with any other services?

Have you tried the usual debugging steps? (restart pc, restart router, check cables, no unknown things running on computer, monitor cpu/memory/disk usage etc.)

I experienced the same thing, I got to the bottom of it and this may or may not help you but I had a new mouse and installed the driver for it, since that time I was experiencing lag outs,

At first I didn’t twig then decided to delete the driver for the mouse and reinstall the standard driver and then after that 0 lag outs
