I'm a returning player and I'm looking for the NPC that special repairs rings and neckies. Forums said sabuk wall but I can't find it there, maybe it's moved, and I don't yet have the ability to go to heroes town.

Can anyone assist
 
Gi-Ryoong; Coords 238:239 and Jeweller is inside the shop

Or Heroes Town if you have the quest completed, to special repair any item.

Castles is cheaper rates but requires guild that has control of one of them

Not sure what level you are or what kit you have got but it's better to use Toughening Oil, they last 3 hours and you get no dura loss in the time period. The timer doesn't count down whilst your in safe zones.

Sometimes checking the Auction House is worth a look for some Super War God Oil, some people just sell it cheap or it might be at 80% discount. This repairs your whole kit in one go.

Toughening Oil is definitely the way forward considerably cheaper in the long run. Especially with Rare kit that needs special repairs.
 
Thankyou for the info, I'm level 139 Tao but I've yet to find an angel robe(m) to finish of the heroes quest. I can't get it to drop nor find in shop.

When I'm higher Ill start using oils but I'm replacing kit too quick at the moment I think

Heros quest is not the farmers quest it's a side quest that requires a Tao, Wiz and war to clear a couple of caves in order to be recognised as a hero and allow access to heros village.
As for the Angel robe best place for it to drop is probably terror temple KR 3 subs and a boss that all have a chance to drop it.
