Help! Mir2 client update error log

Hi all
Was looking for a fix to a problem that I've run into.
Every time I load the game I get an error log pop up telling me "Mir2.exe and RotA.exe" files are in use
It says
"Could not verify version information.
Your client may not be up to date
Would you like to continue to play Mir 2?"
Now when I click ok nothing happens it just closes the patcher
At first I could just open the file location and delete the .exe files and re run the patcher it would redownload them and that worked for a couple of days now it's not working.
It's almost as if my computer has ai and is actively trying to get me not to play.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalled the game still same issue, been playing a little over a week and really enjoying so far any and all help will be greatly appreciated. https://imageshack.com/i/pnTLTvezj

I managed to fix it thx for the advice I looked more into it and found a solution

The antivirus is actively scanning the files which marks them as 'in use' to windows, and means the autopatcher can't run properly. You need to exclude the whole Mir directory from scans

As mentioned above, the .exe gets flagged as a generic IDP, in most cases, will delete/quarantine the client executable, so launching from the patcher won't work. There are many reasons why RotA could be in use but the most generic reason is that your AV is currently scanning the mir directory- I said what I said
