Guild for lower players

Is there a guild for new players? There is the default border town guild. But is someone actively guilding new players and going on guild hunts with them?

I think this would be a good springboard for new players to learn about the game and get over the low lvl hump. Good way to socialize as well.

When I started playing, it was has hard to socialize because I was too low to join a guild. Which to me is a major part of why I play, The players.

There are still guilds that take lower levels (mine being one of them) people have to be active though but generally we help who we can
