If you're received it on the wrong account, you can transfer it via a stall
On the account you want the gg, put a hp pot for sale in a stall for the amount of gg you bought, then go on the account you have the gg on and buy the pot
GM will fix it for you if you send him an email to the address on the payment receipt, usually will get to you in a few days. Trying to get him on the forum can be much slower unless you get lucky
