Its been about 24 hours and I havent received the game gold I purchased. I tried reaching out via email also with no response

I would assume the account you've purchased on isn't linked to the forum account you've brought it with it's normally within a minute whenever I've purchased.

Oh okay, so how do I link the forum account to my in-game account

They are already the same account
Log into forum with the same username and password you use to log into the game

If you have bought the GG on the account you're posting on, log into the game using those credentials and the GG should be there, then you can transfer it to your main with a stall
