1. Is there any particular reason there is NO 90k scrolls listed in castle NPCs?
2. Is it possible, the areas inside castles to be safe/rest (no pots and buffs time runing out) areas except ofcurse during a war hapening?

1. Is there any particular reason there is NO 90k scrolls listed in castle NPCs?

Off the top of my head, I suspect this was due to how certain NPCs offer special services and goods in certain provinces that feed directly into their castles treasury. You'll notice how the salvage / socket NPCs for example are spread out across different maps.

2. Is it possible, the areas inside castles to be safe/rest (no pots and buffs time runing out) areas except ofcurse during a war hapening?

I vaguely recall this being a thing in the past but was open to exploitation. People leaving alts in these areas of the castle to interfere with wars in some form or another. I'm not a fan of it personally but open to suggestions.

Thank you for the response, no chance we can get 90k scrolls in all castles then. Thought that was a bug or something sliped your attention.

on 2nd topic i have a suggestion: i think it is possible to just kick out of castle all characters they loging on during a war (similarly the way we kicked out of an area we are not allowed to logout, e.g. BDP, RDD, arena or other logout restricted areas).
