error purchasing gg in shop, i tried it trice but they also says "try other payment method and the worst thing is i've been deducted 1sgd already, mybe is it a transaction fee or something? need help ty

First payment usually takes some time to work as it needs manual intervention. Forum is not the best place to ask about this, he's more likely to read an email

Not sure about that error to be honest - it's all dealt with by PayPal. It's possible they did a $1 charge to verify your bank account, or maybe it's a pending charge (hold), you'd have to talk to PayPal about that I'm afraid
