Hi all, recently ive been finding it really hard to want to log on... this is in no way a negative post about the server as for the most part ive really enjoyed my time on mir and ive spent alot of time on it, generally these days i only really log on if theres a war or a nice PK in progress, apart from those 2 things i cant really think of much else to do.... ive done the kill quotas and have 2 of the rarest armours in the game, to my knowledge only 1 other person has 1 of the armours ive upgraded, i have no need to hunt any bosses as i feel i have all the kit i need for my level and i have no need to hunt for upgrade items as they are all complete... i could spend the next few months slaving away in an exp cave for the 92% i need to reach lvl cap but i stand to gain nothing from that.

the BDP / RDP events are kind of monotonous, probably gain a source or 2 and a couple of stones but when thats split between the group you have to go with to finish either of them you would be lucky to come away with anything of value, the boss drops seem to have been severely reduced and are being farmed at such a ridiculous rate to the point a few server dwellers literally have alts logged in with Recall sets outside the kr's ( and not just 1 or 2 quite literally all of the high lvl bosses ) so its almost impossible to catch any good bosses, even so as previously mentioned i dont really have a reason to farm bosses anyway unless i just want to go for items to sell.. which i dont, the daily events do not give me any incentive to want to participate as again the bosses drop pretty standard gear which i do not need, understandably the rest of the server may very well need these items so most likely enjoy the events.

Elysian city was a decent upgrade but apart from the skill factor theres not really much else to do there unless we've all missed a big part of it? or are not privy to what it actually has to offer? the bosses drop a 195 item or 2 if your lucky and possibly the lvl 4 skill.... its hard to hunt there solo as the mobs are kind of like the planes mobs when they were 1st introduced being extremely OP, yes i understand its a 195 cave so the mobs should mirror that but unless you have a decent group its not really worth thinking about, the Elysian orb upgrade system was a nice touch being able to add 5% resistance all round to any piece of equipment but to collect that many ores is a mammoth task, unless we do what others have done and manipulate the system by alternating guilds for that sole purpose, i dont really have the time/energy/desire to have to do that for the 5% resistance it offers.

Wars are great fun and the pk aspect of the game remains the best part, however the way the guilds are currently run its almost like 60% of the server vs 40% of the server or maybe even more/less, i understand this has alot to do with the fact there arnt many people who play and in essence everybody knows everybody and has by this point well decided who they want to ally with and who they want to fight with/against... ive always said i would much prefer 3-4 guilds fighting each other as opposed to the current system we have now which i know is nothing to do with admin/GM and more to do with the current players, it just really sucks....

Toxicity has also become rife, i understand people get caught up in the game and mud is thrown in all directions ( ive been a mud thrower myself ) but its got to a point now where people actually stalk other peoples real lives and make crude nasty comments about peoples familys and livelihoods which tbf is taking it way too far and honestly these people should take a step back and maybe log out for a while to experience the real world as opposed to living within the fantasy mir creates. i think some more work from GM's in game could resolve this issue, it would seem some people are punished wile others are simply allowed to get away with it which i dont think is fair atall.

As i previously mentioned this post is not a dig at anybody and is not to meant to insult/offend anybody i would just like for the community to come together with the GM's to create some suggestions on how we can improve on any of the aspects ive highlighted, understandably some of you maybe even the majority may well be happy with the way things are and maybe its just a me thing, but if anybody has any suggestions please make them known.

Yours sincerely Big Chen Chen.

As a pve player I can't speak on the drama and pk part. I don't take part in it and will never because my ping to server is pants on head slow, and I play here to get away from drama, not get more.

Drops have been the number one gripe of many people I talk to and play with. We have done bdp,rdd almost six times now in the last week and haven't had one decent item drop. We do it for gold bars for guild badges because that's the only way we can afford badges, but its becoming a chore and to be honest its tedious. Getting burned out doing it just for guild badges.

As for the flip side to that, we don't get any bosses outside of safe maps because of the pk. So the only option we have to kit ourselves is event item drops, but even that was kinda meh this time around.

Hoping since a few of us hit heroes league well get better luck with drops, but so far it's been lackluster.

I agree 100% we need sustainable content for the Individual and small guilds to be able to flourish and grow .
Mir all the way back to 2001 has always had 1 big fault Boss camping and the PK and subsiquent toxicity that comes with that ....
The seriuos but casual player should be able to log on with a few mates and level or have a enjoyable time killing something .
I have asked for along time now for a daily or weekly individual EXP cave with a link to a quest line of choice like orcs or soulweaver etc with a cache at the end that may have a chance of the last quest item in it for those who arent in a large guild who cant complete Quest item Bosses due to camping PK etc or BDP RDD due to number of players.
The current gold drop situation is killing the small guilds as contributions are harder to get for shields , with poor drops and inferior items for level makes it harder also to sell guild finds to bank roll shields etc.
GP Caves are not really the answer everytime , we need maps that are both solo friendly and guild hunt friendly places , high density maps with multiple caves some floors or doors no PK some with PK enable maybe drops reflect that but subs should be available on all floors ....
Maybe Random floor teleporting stones on each floor ones that cant be mapped out or share no common path so your group just randonly spins off to a cave and has to kill all in there before the next stone or doorway is opened .......
Possiblities are endless creativity is endless I know it takes time to develop these but the server needs some fresh thinking to go forward inthe long run ....

Roy, you are the person with the second highest number of abuse complaints in game; I find it fascinating that you are gunning for stricter punishments. 90% of your posts on Facebook are reported for moderation. There's a reason all your forum posts are moderated and you have been banned from the Facebook group..

Chenghan levelled that character - so when exactly did you enjoy the lower level content..?

You literally don't play the game. You pay people to play it for you. I honestly don't understand what you even want.

Re: manipulating the system; unless I am missing something then I don't really think you understand what you are complaining about - ultimately someone is putting in more effort than you and that's unfair?

Dam i was kind of hoping i was 1st… as I previously mentioned in my email to you as much as i abuse in game its never to a personal level where i stalk peoples real lives outside of mir… and make remarks that quite frankly would get me put on a sex offenders list.

Chenghan levelled the char to 157 so any exp ive done since then im sure works out to over double of what he made originally, what lower level content is there to enjoy??

I play the game as much as my personal life allows, sorry i dont have 24 hours a day 7 days a week to commit to your server, and me paying someone to level me during events is no different to multiple people logging on 1 character to level it so i don’t understand what your getting at there.

i did mention this post was not created to offend anybody, apparently, it offended you the most to such a point that you've felt obliged to "try" to belittle my efforts and in game triumphs... you will never be able to.... perhaps take a look at the points ive created and fix the game you pretend to put so much effort into as far as i can see its taken this long old post to get any form of valid response from you in god knows how long, perhaps the banks running a bit low with the lack of GG thats been acquired over xmas events and last years income... im glad ive woken you up.

Re; manipulating the system by having 24 hours a day 7 days a week to create multiple accounts to gain in your words " materials for the rarest end game materials" again i dont have the same time to spend manipulating the system so i apologize for that, also did not state it was unfair but a quite clear advantage into gaining such materials and should be looked at.

Re: i pay people to play is no different to people selling in game items for cash, i have plenty of transactions to characters on this server and im happy to show you them all, i hope you hold the same stance when attempting to belittle them too, as far as i can see me keeping my character active only really benefits you, where as people selling items/GG for real money only really benefits them.

I Challenge you to any physical combat of your choice to settle this dispute.

Fair.

roy, you make valid points and then ruin it all at the end with stupid remarks like "I Challenge you to any physical combat of your choice to settle this dispute" what's that got to do with anything? ITs almost like you are trying to discredit yourself before anyone else can

Al, i made valid points and then was ridiculed for how i play…. The combat remark was meant to be a joke, my apologies you tech guys think a-lot differently to me, i guess we are simply from different worlds, what i said did not warrant a ban or further banning every character ive ever logged on.

Great feedback and it’s so true shame scorpian decided to ignore your bang on points about solo play 👍

How can you say you are not abusing personal level and then allege some people act like they should be on a sex offenders list!
