Deleted character by accident and now its vanished?!

Hi scorp, I accidently deleted one of my wizards on project 69, i tried restoring it the normal way, i looked into the character storage menu and the character was not in the names of chars that i had previously deleted can I get my char back please its a level 160 wiz with a few bits of kit
username is Godzilla, deleted char is KHARTOUM1

Normally a deleted char would enter this box and then you could restore him after 14 days but...


I don't see him on the list, how odd
