Whats the level char that you're trying to recover? If its under 160 there's literally no point best go play arc tbh.
If it's really low level you will struggle really hard and will quit like 9 out of 10 people do.

You can still recover you do have the right to recover your account even if its level 1 mate, just advising you to save your time.
