The NPC is on the right hand side of the bottom left (short) lane (marked LS5 on the below map), it's a pest to get to unless you're a wizard who can translocate over the walls

It's a bit of a riot to follow though, no idea who made it. I'm working on an interactive web/mobile version that will be easier to use

Going off that, from entering Floor 5 (Lanes map)
The shortest route would be
And following that, you should appear in LS5, where the NPC is located in the top left corner.
Top tip: wear a clear ring
The shortest route would be
- L1 185:125 (door is on the left hand side of the lane)
- L2 172:76 (door is on the left hand side of the lane)
- L4 128:219 (door is on the right hand side of the lane)
