Question Can't be salvaged and repaired

Hey guys, a newbie here having questions.

I got 3 armors. One can't be repaired, while the other 2 can't be salvaged. I don't know why. Any idea?

Hi there are some low level items that always been non repairable and certain low level items like chimera rings that you cant salvage , no idea as to why its just always been like that, maybe because there are so many low level items they got missed in the database when the ability to salvage was introduced . You probably out level them so quick sub 120 so not really a sticking point unless your trying to make a better armour for the interim ......if thats the case then i guess its a pain
