Baal failed to spawn…… again.

Killed all 6 Mephistos. Got six mephisto has be sent back to hell messages
No Baal spawned. Sat there waiting for 2 hours.

Well I think last week was the first new one and it spawned fine.
The old ones used to fail to spawn all the time if a pet got the last hit on a sub
