Not sure if this has been suggested before. A useful item(s) to sell in gameshop - maybe 1 for 5gg and a bundle of 5 for 10gg. Could maybe work like an orb with variances of success between 5 and 10 lives.
Just a suggestion I would like.

My bad, I have since learned that "steroids" available in gameshop replenishes lives
