The reason they were removed from drop files was because everyone was on them 24/7 so GM saved us the bother by taking them out and replacing them with resting exp instead, which has the same effect

Resting Exp is a bonus 100% exp perk thats only available for X amount of XP, you can increase it by AFK-ing in town or being logged off.
It stops at level 199
