Went to dark delve and you stop registering damage on mobs, you need to move away and then back again for the damage to register. Probably only a warrior issue.
 
Done a couple of tests:

TDB - 10 hits on trainer (5 as it hits twice) - stops registering
FrFrenzy - 5 Hits on trainer - stops registering
FiFrenzy - 5 Hits on trainer - stops registering
XHM - 5 Hits on trainer - stops registering


I have tried a few things, changed weapon, robe, Para , mythics like Dark Orcs Doom and Demons Doom.

Nothing has worked
