Question Fire Crystals not dropping anymore in Scorching Cavern

Hey everyone,

I wanted to flag a potential issue with the Scorching Cavern. It looks like the fire crystals aren’t dropping as expected right now.

If that’s the case, it kind of defeats the purpose of entering—especially when it costs money—since the only rewards left are basic EXP and gold. The fire crystals are a big part of the value for this event.

I also understand there was a bug with entering the cave for roughly two days, and while that seems to have been fixed, it doesn’t feel right if we’re now only able to enter without receiving the fire crystals. In both cases, players should be entitled to the full rewards upon entry. To be honest, it feels a bit misleading if the key reward isn’t being granted.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just on my end? It would be great if a GM could take a look and clarify whether this is a bug or an intentional change.

Same as above, no for drops. I only need a couple to be able to summon again. Whats going on @Scorpian ?

I'm assuming they aren't dropping because they all had a fixed expiry date that aligned with when the caves were meant to stop. If that's the case it might actually take a reboot to sort

Correct in regards to the expiry, not sure but i think he can just reload the database in regards to the Firestones...

I'm guessing there was some kind of fixed expiry date set into them to align with the end of event. If that's expired, they won't drop at all. It's the most logical guess I can come up with
