Feature Request Warrior defence @ Leveling

Maybe something also needs looking at with luck/crit/double strike for warrior in pve. Could be a solution.
Hell id even say make frost frenzy steal hp from every mob it hits.
Agility torches?
I see a gap for more torches to be added to gg shop.
Ac torches
AMC torches
Warrior torch (dc hpr ac amc)

I think any frenzy spell proccing bloodlust would be op, the warrior could just effectively stand there with melee mobs and be immortal with a bag full of mana bundles and mana runes on his armour

Maybe we just aren't getting enough ac/amc on our gear, I remember warrior items being higher in ac particularly than other classes, but now we all share a generic "Elysian/Celestial/HolyCrystal" kit with the same stats across the board and just maybe the game was not designed that way & balance is not possible, wiz normally lower ac, warrior lower amc, tao a master of neither.

So when the mobs are designed they are either going to be too easy for 2 classes if they are OK for one, or OK for two classes and impossible for the other. Just a thought.

This is probably close to the reasoning behind what’s going on.

Maybe the kit should come as a basic item and then there’s an upgrade path depending if you want more damage or more defence - it would be hard to do 3 sets at that level for the 3 classes maybe.

I don’t think it’s as simple as getting more AC, maybe more agil though I don’t think it should be like that just to hunt.

Any of the places on my quick hunt I can’t get to kill lures with any form of efficiency. I generally have to load up potions with mana+ as it’s pitiful.
 
I would take this example only, just an example, not mean to start a class war.

If a tao would stack SC to power up their pets and char, A warrior would stack up DC in return to get some % in AC/AMC bonus in return, wiz would stack MC in return for % HP, i don't know if that is possible but just a suggestion. Tao is a class so powerful at the moment it can debuff/buff/stack SC in favor for pets/get attack power from it/confu mobs/unlimited pets summoning/shield etc etc, its too easy i don't even wanna start playing it.

Or, increase the AC/AMC of armours/kits for warriors in general. Physical Defense & Magic defense, whatever. The stats now just isn't for new contents and more to come. Especially when warriors cannot kit up XP kit to level, we're forced to use XP kits that are 8 levels below our level.

Another reason i do not play, why grind when i can simply log in on an event ??

Gain everything this way and much less effort, you know the saying, we smart, not hard.

If changes like the Boss situation, Warrior tweaks and PvP was fixed, i`d be playing every single day without fail.
Love the way you think, i too hope i could be on all events xD, but not all of us could, might miss some, might miss all.
 
Good thread this. I get absolutely smashed hunting in caves that are well below my level. I have Elysian guard, sword, tried stacking agil.

Maybe give wars a bonus ac/amc bonus per level?

Or increase stats on battle charge.

I certainly can’t hunt anywhere that I can survive in my survive kit. And I can’t hunt anyway that will drop an item of worth.

Which sucks when I have to repair kit.

Anyway. Just my opinion.

100%. Hunting without survive is impossible at a tipping point.

I use toughening oil because if I didn’t repair costs would bankrupt me.

I’m lvl 182 and it’s a challenge to hunt in SZT. Bugs even back to the wall I can get rolled in some lures.

Warriors have a trade off that wizz and Tao don’t.

Always baffles me that people repair their kit and say about how expensive it is. I'd be broke if I was always repairing my kit, no way I can afford to do that all the time. Much cheaper to use toughening oil. If you don't have gg there's plenty stalls that sell them for gold, or you can sell gold bars for gg. You'll save a fortune doing it that way
 
The main issue I find as a warrior is range mobs.... Now I know melee mobs are designed so they don't all hit you at the same time, but range mobs..... if you have 4 or 5 range + melee you just get spam hit and can't move.
 
I want to highlight too there's this recent event armour DarkScorpionArmour, where warrior's were like only 120% HP Recovery, -30% less from the Elysian Might. Whereas Tao's DarkScorpionArmour is 60% HP/MP recovery, only deducted like -10% from the Elysian Spirit. It's almost a copy + paste thing but Warrior's stats were discriminated tremendously, i get it if it were like 140% HP Recovery its still acceptable, but 120%?. Why hating on warrior?
 
Would it be possible to have some response to this thread from scorp or warda just so we can see if this is actually being looked into?

currently warrs are in a bad position leveling wise i feel and feel rather useless in that aspect as opposed to other classes, so i agree something needs to be done or looked into.
 
As a new player of only a couple weeks now i have levelled a wiz to 150 and a warrior to 150 and i have to admit the warrior was miserable.
If it wasn't for the fact i had friends already playing that was able to give me very strong gear for my levels to be able to just about survive i would of just quit. Warrior end game might be fantastic but reading this post it doesn't look that way but warrior is my class and im going to stick it out however i do really think you need to re think the warrior levelling experience there are a lot of great suggestions in this post and if Scorp/Wada do in fact read this please listen to them.

A few things i will highlight are warriors feel like paper it is almost impossible to mass lure and XHM any thing, spells cost far far to much mana for the tiny mana pool a warrior has frost frenzy being the biggest culprit so far, Bloodlust is great when it actually procs which isn't very often at all buffing this to proc a lot more in pve would be a god send for warriors i feel, i also saw people say the frenzy spells only proc bloodlust on the front mob you are actually attacking? why? this makes no sense to me XHM can proc it from any mob ( when it decides to proc ) so don't the frenzy spells?

Im sure with a few tweaks here and there warriors can have a great levelling experience the kit they have is great it just doesn't work right !
 
I looked at the rankings and see 21 warriors in the top 50 players that's almost half in a 3 class system maybe this is why it's not been looked at?

Agility and hp regen are your friends. Use them wisely and you'll find a massive difference.

The mana thing is easily managed, add mana runes to your kit, +300 mp per rune is OP, or if you're using gg pots add earthroots to them. On my warrior I have over 2000 max mp which lasts a full lure, don't even take pot bundles with me, I have a couple on my belt and use 1 per lure then pick one up to replace it

And i bet nearly all those warriors grind hard during event and dont even bother leveling outside of event unless they in a group lol, Looking at the top 20 there is 8 Wizards, 9 Taoists and 3 Warriors in that list maybe that says something
