Fixed some more NPC’s

Some NPC’s fixed:

• Akara + PetShop – Past Bichon
• Heather + Sandford – Prajna Island
• Steven – Bichon Wall BookShop

Since stacked items were removed these NPC’s would not create items for you. They now do.
