When requesting your password or changing details use the templates and fill them out with as much information as you can.
To retrieve your password or change details you must either be able to answer the secret questions or have access to the email registered with the account. The password will be emailed to this email
If you can not do that you can not gain access to the account what so ever.
Select the service you require:
> Password Retrieval
> Undelete Character
> Change of account details
> Other support request
If you provide correct secret answers your password will be emailed to the “contact email”. You can opt to skip this part and have you password emailed to the address registered on the account by selecting “email me my password”.
