Reboot over — updates

The server is now back online.
Updates with the reboot:
- HiddenLands updated to level 54+. New Boss.
- Floods updated to level 54+
- Ancient Scorpion drops updated
- New items: Cheetah Necklace, Leopard Necklace
- Bandit Boots, Strong Bandit Boots and Bandit Belt now repairable
- Level 65 PK protect enabled. See this thread.
